At Mountain Mortgage, we know that you want to be a big dog in your community. In order to do that, you need your dream house. The problem is that you are competing with everyone else that wants the same thing. And that makes you feel powerless. We believe you shouldn't need to overbid or pay cash to win your dream home. We understand how it feels to lose that dream house.

Here's how we do it:
1. Apply..... In our application, you will submit information about your finances and personal information that we need to qualify you for a 3o year mortgage. Things that will be asked include: two years of work history, two years of living history, personal information to pull credit, and down payment information. Be prepared to spend 20 minutes going through this application. Paul will send you an email once he has reviewed your application that will ask you to start gathering documents (w2, bank statement, driver license, tax return, etc).
2. Consultation..... After submitting a complete application, you will get a call from Paul within 24 hours (average wait time is 30 minutes). He will walk through the specifics with you and outline the best loan product. You need to be prepared to send required documents during this call. During the call, we will send you a link that has all of the additional services available to you. You get to choose which services you want us to do for you. You can choose all of them or none of them, whichever you want.
3. Approval and Closing..... Once you have received an email from Paul that contains your "Underwriting Approval," you can send offers on houses to close in 10 business days. Once a contract is accepted and signed, send the completed contract to us by email. This triggers the beginning of your 10 day window. Your realtor should also send us the relevant contact information for seller, seller's realtor, closing attorney and title, and any others involved. During these 10 days, we will ask you to e-sign multiple documents, so please be available for quick actions when called.
